No way! I just took a ton of pix of rosemary flowers with my shiny new SLR yesterday... in California. How is it you have it blooming in NY?! New post up tomorrow.
The rosemary was in a bed surrounding the sea lion pool and on the other side lots of stone and a lot of sun. I think its a real microclimate from the pool on one side and the brick on the other retaining heat. (but as you know it's been pretty warm here this winter too)
